Bellissima Casa vacanze indipendente con giardino a Perd'e Sali (Pula) (Ottimo Prezzo) immersa nel verde confortevole casa a Perdʼe Sali, (Cagliari, Pula) sviluppata su due livelli. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina abitabile, bagno e una camera da letto. Al piano superiore una mansarda/loft con 4 letti , una camera da letto e bagno. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata, televisore, lavatrice, frigo, microonde, forno, utensili, biancheria, barbecue in pietra all' esterno, ombrelloni e asciugamani da spiaggia. Un’ampia veranda è circondata dal prato all'inglese e giardino fiorito. Una parte del terreno coltivato ad alberi da frutta (fico, arance, limoni, susine, viti) e una ombreggiata pineta attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, oltre ad una piacevolissima doccia esterna (con acqua calda). Casa ideale per le famiglie, o gruppi di amici, totale 8 posti letto di cui 2 matrimoniali e 4 singoli. Nelle vicinanze bar, parrucchiere, tabacchi, pizzerie e ristoranti, supermercato.....tutto a 5 minuti a piedi. A circa 2 Km spiagge e un porto turistico, con bellissima spiaggia non attrezzata, libera, con parcheggio gratuito. A 4 chilometri di distanza c'è Pula, rinomata oltre che per le spiagge anche per le rovine di Nora. Pula offre nel centro storico tante attrazioni e spettacoli in piazza ogni giorno e i negozi rimangono aperti fino alle 24. Non molto più distanti potete raggiungere le altre splendide spiagge di Chia, Le dune, Su Giudeu, Capo Spartivento, Cala Cipolla e infine la splendida spiaggia di Tuerredda. immersed in the green comfortable house in Perdʼe Sali, (Cagliari, Pula) developed on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs there is an attic / loft with 4 beds, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with air conditioning, television, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, utensils, linens, stone barbecue outside, umbrellas and beach towels. A large veranda is surrounded by the lawn and flower garden. A part of the land cultivated with fruit trees (fig, oranges, lemons, plums, vines) and a shady pinewood equipped with table and chairs, as well as a very pleasant outdoor shower with hot water to cool off when you return from the sea! Ideal home for families, or groups of friends, total 8 beds including 2 doubles and 4 singles. Nearby bars, hairdressers, tobacconists, pizzerias and restaurants, supermarket 5 minutes walk away. At about 2 km beaches and a marina. At 4 kilometers away there is Pula, renowned not only for its beaches but also for the ruins of Nora. In the old town, Pula offers many attractions and shows in the square every day and the shops remain open until midnight. Not much further away you can reach the other splendid beaches of Chia, the dunes, Su Giudeu, Capo Spartivento, Cala Cipolla and finally the splendid beach of Tuerredda. Is Perd'e'sali (which in Sardinian language means "Salty Stone") is a very quiet village. About 2 Km (little more then a mile) from the house, there is Porto Columbu.....another quiet village, with a gorgeous beach and where you can go to the local Marina where you can find a Gelato's store, Snack Bar, Pizzeria and Restaurant.....all with a breathtaking view! (There is a bus daily that goes there if you don't have a car!)
