Located 30 minutes from central Canberra, TheMcClung is located in the cool climate wine region, Murrumbateman. TheMcClung is a private area at the front of a residential home. Guests have their own access through the front door and this is not shared with the owners - the space is private for guests only. You will be greeted by a large stylish seperate lounge, beautiful welcoming queen bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe and a kitchenette. TheMcClung offers a generous space which includes the following seperate areas for the guest/s to enjoy: - stylish seperate lounge area: leather couch and recliners, HD 60inch TV, large windows to invite the sun and shade/blackout blinds if rest or a movie is preferred. - queensize bedroom: a comfortable queensize bed featuring an ensuite with the option of either a rainfall shower or conventional shower, large walk-in robe and a desk for those who may have work commitments to fulfil. If guests do have an infant under 2yrs of age, there is room for a portacot. - kitchenette: equiped with bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and basic kitchen necessities. Condiments are available for your convenience including fresh local bread, selection of cereals, tea and coffee. On request a selection of meals can be provided by the host. E-bikes are also a popular mode of transport around the area and the host can assist in booking these bikes for hire. The host is able to assist guests with local area information relating to wineries and places of interest.
