Room & own private bathroom. It is a great room for 1 or 2 people who would like their own place but still enjoy a house with all the goodies - pool, TV, wifi, bbq, many dining areas and desk areas to work, study. Outdoor space to relax and enjoy. Everything you need is here - towels to WIFI. All you need bring is food, drinks and personal items. The rule in this house is if you can see it you can use it - even the piano..., so if u fancy having a BBQ and sitting outside you can... relax and enjoy Hosting is fun we know that some people like the company and others just need to keep themselves to themselves as maybe they are studying or tired. This street is a family street and a cuc-de-sac with just a pedestrian walk through at the end so we feel safe but not shut off from access Joondalup facilities. My neighbours are all great and happy to help anytime, plenty of room for parking - nice wide leafy street with huge driveways. Buses, Trains - we have them all within a stones throw but not too close as we don't want the noise either. Joondalup train station is close, or if you need a pick up from the airport I can do that for $40. Laundry with washing powder and fabric softener is here for you - and plenty of washing line space. 400 spin max.
