PLEASE ATTENTION During March there are some ongoing construction works regarding the building facade We offer a furnished and equipped 2 bedroom flat. It is situated in Marina Julia only 50 meters from the public beach. In a walking distance you will find the following facilities and services: bars and restaurants, bakery, food market, children beach play area (free), water paradise (paid), sports equipment rental (kite and wind surf). The town centre (Monfalcone) is within a 3 km distance. The flat is situated on the third floor and is accessible by 2 lifts and a staircase. The condominium is well maintained, clean and safe. There is a private car park (included in the price). You will have the entire flat only for your self. One extra bed/mattress is available upon request (extra charge applicable). We will welcome you personally on your arrival and we will give you all the necessary information and tips for your stay and travel. The location is great for those loving outdoor activities. Besides the beach activities there is a direct connection to the hiking/bike trail Alpe Adria. You can visit the regional Natural Reserves (Valle Cavanata- Fossalon, Foce d'Isonzo- Isola della Cona) reachable by walking, bike and car. A historical towns of Grado and Aquileia are within a 15 minutes driving distance. The region is famous for the World War I. battles and there are many monuments (Redipuglia, Monte San Michele, Brestovec), museums and outdoor expositions (cannons, trenches, underground galleries and bunkers) to visit. Several "wine trails" are crossing the countryside and the wine cellars (called osmiza/frasca) are always open to welcome you with their local wines and home made food specialities. Public transport is available (bus stop 100 meters), train station (directions Trieste and Venice) 7 km away. WiFi is provided free of charge with a data limit of 1GB per day.
