House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest! Private driveway for parking and private entrance. Quiet street in residential neighborhood. Located on the old Plattsburgh Air Force base. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and to the walking trail by Lake Champlain. We have a Pelican whole house water filtration system, which means no chlorinated shower or drinking water.
