Superb safari tents offering true glamping! Each tent is spacious, comfortable, will sleep up to six guests and make an excellent base for a family holiday or social gatherings. We are close to the Three Counties Showground, Malvern Hills, Upton Upon Severn riverside town, parks, great views, restaurants and dining. Good for couples, families (with children), and groups. We make a great base for visiting The Cotswolds, The Forest Of Dean, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle and so much more! Each safari tent has a living room with a large corner sofa, coffee table, a kitchenette containing a ceramic hob, microwave oven, full size fridge, kettle, toaster and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The dining area has a large dining table with six chairs. There are two bedrooms, one has a kingsize bed and the other has a triple bed (ie a double and a single). In addition the tent has a fabulous cabin bed with steps leading up to a double bed and storage beneath. Outside on the spacious verandah guests will find outdoor tables and six chairs, a parasol, a BBQ and chimenea. The tent and verandah is exclusively yours. Closeby is a former stable block which now has a fully fitted kitchen complete with range cooker, microwave, toaster, kettles, fridge, freezer etc. This is a shared kitchen. Separate from the stables are the washrooms. These contain new walk in showers, loos and washbasins. There is also a washing machine and wall mounted hair dryer. There is a lot to see and do in the area. If you would like ideas please ask and we'd be glad to help. The Firs Campsite is in a beautiful location on the edge of protected common land at the foot of The Malvern Hills. The area is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Hills and Commonland are preserved by The Malvern Hills Conservators. It is rare to find such wide open spaces free from development. The views from the campsite look straight up at the Hills and as a consequence there are lovely walks in every direction. There is a bus stop within walking distance of the campsite. This will take you into Malvern, Worcester or Gloucester, albeit it is a limited service. There is a village store within easy walking distance selling most necessities. Again within walking distance there are three pubs which all offer good food. The Inn at Welland offers fine dining while the other two offer typical pub food of a good standard. Most things are provided for guests staying in the safari tents. We provide duvets and pillows however guests are asked to bring pillow cases, duvets covers, sheets and towels.
