The Osborn Room. Peaceful home, quiet neighborhood

We invite you to our home located minutes from ECU in a friendly neighborhood great for morning runs & evening walks. The sun-lit Osborn Room features a queen bed, desk w/lamp & chair, dresser w/mirror, small easy chair, and closet, and windows look out on the gardens and yard below. Keurig station outside your door, bonus room with TV and basic cable. Fresh coffee each morning. Our safe & quiet neighborhood is ideal for running and walking. The upstairs is quiet, away from the family's comings and goings. Guests park at the garage door for quick entry in inclement weather. In order to provide guests with a private bath our other Air BnB room will be blocked if this room is booked. However, the other room is available for booking by other members of your party. The bonus room across the hall has a refrigerator and microwave, small couch and TV area, and can be booked for additional sleeping space (twin and double). Long-time Greenville residents, your hosts are acquainted with the various communities--university, business, and medical. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen appliances (standard appliances plus microwave, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker), upstairs bonus room, (TV/cable, small couch, coffee table), front porch. We are happy to provide information or guidance to help make their stay successful, and we seek to provide a restful, restorative, welcoming haven for our guests. Our street is close to Greenville's main arteries but off the beaten path (not a through street), a quarter-mile circle attractive to walkers, runners and bicycling families. Tall pines shade well-established yards and a mix of older and newer homes, where neighbors know and care for each other. The nearby golf course is pleasant for walks when not in use. Public transit is not available nearby but one of the homeowners is an Uber driver and happy to accommodate as schedule allows or by prior arrangement. See floorplan in photos.
