Woodland a perfect house for families & friends

We have fresh snow… beautiful!!! We remodeled , house is grayish/blue. House is dated in a true antique dated look. A plus a friendly out door cat. meets many guest. Please do not allow him in the house. Expect a twinkling skyline as you sit by the fire pit. We have plenty of acreage cleared for you to play in. Balconies cover the spine of the house for those who might not want to join in the games. The Catskill’s are beautiful, our hiking trails and falls take your breath away. THE KITCHEN, LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM HAVE A OPEN FLOOR PLAN. WE PROVIDE TOWELS, face clothes, BED LINENS, BLANKETS , TOILET PAPER, ONE ROLL OF paper towels, 3 trash bags and some dishwasher detergent. Please only use High Efficiency (HE) laundry detergent! Bring your own HE laundry detergent! We do not provide any cleaning supplies. We do provide toilet paper Scott tissue only. Please bring your own supplies FOR COOKING and TO clean up after yourself.. WE HAVE ENOUGH OF PLATES, utensils and glasses. We do not provide laundry soap for the washing machine. If any linens/towels/ come up missing you will be charged for their replacement cost. NO FIREARMS allowed or fireworks allowed on the grounds.. No smoking inside the house or outside, no use of drugs anywhere on the property. No parties or events allowed. No more than 8 cars allowed. This homes beauty is amazing it will surely take your breath away when you drive down the road.... you will be in awe by the landscapping that surrounds the home. Trees on two sides of the house which sits on 4 acres. Before you walk into the house you see the beautifully landscaped grounds then the backyard with fire pit and BBQ grill + plenty of seating for a variety of activities....The house is air conditioned, HOWEVER, IT ISN'T CENTRAL AIR. OUR kitchen is supplied with pots/pans, utensils plus double oven enough of plates, glasses and utensils. Three falls walking distance with a swimming hole (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq feet away. Walk out the house's back door, pass the barn through the trail onto Salisbury Lane this road is parallel with Woodland Drive. Make a right walk straight, approx (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq feet, down the road pass a house that has a barking tied dog in their yard. When you get past that last house follow the path through the woods onto the path on the right. That path brings you to the hole. Don't use Woodland Drive... you would trespass as you get to the end of the road. Remember water shoes and bug spray. All our guest swim in this swimming hole. It’s a creek. No child should be unsupervised, your swimming at your own risk What fun fun fun...we have a Wood burning Pitt....Propane BBQ grill. Large deck, gazebo, bar ( not furnished with alcohol) adequate chairs on the deck to seat 16 + quests according to the season. Quite time after 10Pm. If you make to much noise you can be asked to leave. Hot Tube- please shower before you go into the hot tube to remove oils and soap! Do NOT EXCEED 5 adults in the HOT TUB. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 are NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB UNSUPERVISED. YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THE HOT TUB OPEN UNATTENDED. The property manager or the owner can request you to vacate the property if the rules of the house are not followed. Do NOT PUT THE HOT TUB COVER ON THE GROUND. Leave the cover attached to the appropriate bar which holds it. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB. Do NOT pour any liquids into the tub including water, Nothing Naughty. If the tub has to be drained because rules were broken you may be charged 500$. No clothes should be left in the hot tub. Again let me remind you If the hot has to be emptied because clothes are left in it or because it’s filthy you will be charged (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) dollars. A caretaker lives close by if you need help. The property of the house and the cottage property is divided by a privacy fence. We run on a septic system please don’t put anything into the toilets except toilet paper. Baby wipes and etc clog up the system. Care of the grounds, during your weekend stay, is needed on the grounds at time. Such as mowing the lawn, watering the plants, pulling weeds and servicing the hot tube. Security cameras surround the outside of the house. Thank you Come into house by back door. You can use every area other than the barn, wood sheds and the small house left of the house. Most people know that the Catskill’s, is a fantastic place to visit all year. The landscape is Mother Nature at its best. There are trails to observe up the mountain. There are biking trails to ride down. Take a breath in as you walk along the creek, listen to the beauty as the falls flow into the creek. No crowds, a very calming and relaxing atmosphere, stargaze on the mountain or in your rear yard. You must be over the age of 21 to rent this dwelling. This is The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors stay to themselves! We have outside cameras around the house. We installed surveillance cameras along the outside of the house and our barn. These cameras are not to monitor our guest they were set up to supervise the property being it's unoccupied often. Guests can not turn off the cameras. Homeowners/property manager stays in the building left of the house. This building sits on the property! Please respect the neighbors after 10 pm lower your voices out of respect for others. Enjoy the hot tub all night if desired, please do it quietly. We have an outside cat that lives on the property. Do not let the cat in the house. The cat controls unwanted animals. Thank you very much for your anticipated cooperation. A car is the best mode of transportation. You can ride to town by bike, however, it’s a 2.7 mile ride. If the internet isn't working go into the bathroom which you step down into. Go into the closet and reset the button it will connect your computer. No WiFi password is needed. We only provide hand soap.
