LoveJoy's Cottage will provide you a welcome escape from your normal daily bustle. We brought old world elegance into a comfortable setting. You will have a large fully tiled residence that consists of foyer, kitchenette, living room, large King bedroom, to equally large bathroom with bathtub for two. Due to the large bath, there is no separate shower but there is a handheld showerhead. Perfect for soaking away the stressful work week or after long travels. * Stocked Kuerig coffee * A stocked mini-fridge with water and beverages * A fireplace for fall and winter (gas lines off during warm months) * King-sized accommodations both for bed and size of tub * Full-grain Leather couch set and recliner to lounge and enjoy movies *Pond to enjoy viewing and during warm months * Patio use to enjoy the garden ambiance and waterfall or just relax outdoors. Driveway access, right side. Entry using a private double-door at the back of the home. Full use and access of patio, back yard, and Patio porch swing set. Access to back yard garden, with a small pond, is fenced in (please refer to posted pictures). Full access to ALL parts of Suite on same level. One of the hosts will meet you to give a quick tour of the suite, show how everything works, and answer any questions the guest may have. After the hand-off of keys, its the guest choice to continue conversing, otherwise, we leave the guests to their privacy. Lovely, well-established residential neighborhood. Across the street is a walking/jogging trail and within a mile are both grocery stores, fast-food, and shopping centers. For something a little more Upscale, there are nicer restaurants and boutiques and even microbreweries within 5 miles (approx 8 min drive). No public transportation. Access via car, or Uber/Lyft. Location is 15 miles from airport (approx 20min drive), 12 miles from Century Link center and most of downtown. Main access roads are 72nd or 84th that run to highway 80.
