Private Swimming Pool. 65 inch smart tv with Netflix, Stan (Terrestrial TV can be cast from your smart phone). All spacious king bedrooms with luxury bedding and mattresses, fitted wardrobes with hangers . Bose sounds system. Outdoor ambient night time lighting including disco light. Fully equiped kitchen, 5 burner gas hob and oven, microwave, etc. Hi speed unlimited internet. Very spacious King Master suite has walk in closet and Ensuite with sliding door leading to outdoor stone bath/shower and pool access. Seperate bathroom and toilet for rest 4 x King. Our property is Pet Friendly only on request and to be agreed upfront. Sole use of house and fenced garden area Available for any questions and help if need be throughout stay. Quiet location minutes from highway but feel in the middle of countryside. Easy access to Byron gateway Airport, Ballina, Byron, Bangalow, Lennox, Lismore and many beaches/natural swimming holes Car would be needed Our pricing starts at a base rate for 2 people, we then charge $50 per extra guest upto 8 guests. please put in correct amount of guests to get correct pricing. We do this as we like to be affordable to couples, small groups/family's as well as large groups. Some bedrooms maybe locked depending on amount of guests and bedding configuration required. Due to close nature of Pool and living/entertainment area. No glassware on site. Pool safe plastic drinking utensils provided. No drinking out of glass bottles in and around pool. No party policy. No illicit drugs Smoking permitted outdoors only. Noise levels of music lowered after 10pm please. No shoes to be worn in the house and children's toys such as Scates , cars etc not be used on the internal wooden floors. Only paying guests allowed on site unless agreed upfront. Any damages need to be reported and will be charged on checkout. If you are bringing pets breed size and how many pets will need to be discussed and agreed upfront before booking confirmation. All pets must be cleaned and well groomed before arrival. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time! No pets alowed on soft furnishings including beds. Pet hair if any build up needs to be managed using Dyson provided. Please clean your dogs paws on entering house as we are in a red mud area. $100 dollar stay fee is charged per pet. Extra charges will apply if your pet causes any damages internally or externally an extra cleaning fee required due to your pet will be $500 Phone reception can vary in quality depending on your provider. Any damages must be reported and will be charged within reason.
