In a strategic position just a few minutes from Bardolino and Garda, the White Building is a private home with a great ambition: to offer hospitality of excellence. The spaces made available to our guests, from the rooms to the garden, are cared for in detail and prepared with attention. The most spacious room we offer, with a king-size double bed and two singles, with the possibility of being configured with 4 singles on request (bed linen included). The warm tones of the chosen colours create an elegant and relaxing ambience. The bathroom with extra-large shower and double washbasin is decorated with Italian ceramics that combine different surface finishes, creating a superior visual and tactile experience. Fluffy towels will be provided. There is a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks and snacks cool. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. The internet-connected TV allows you to enjoy your favourite streaming services. The main gate and the building door have a keypad access - code provided at check-in. The room door uses a traditional key. It's a great pleasure to get to know my guests, and I'm always happy to have a chat during the day when we bump into each other. I'm available to provide tips on places to visit or to dine out, and to share my knowledge of the area. Sometimes there's also a chance to build a friendship and ultimately this is the true spirit of Airbnb. The property is set in a rural village, very peaceful and surrounded by fields and vineyards. You won't find shops and stores at the doorstep, but the biggest shopping center of the area is just 8 minutes by car. The location is ideal as it allows you to reach the lake in a few minutes, the start of the ascent to Mount Baldo, the Adige valley and the motorway tollbooth of the A22. The cycle path that connects the villages inland passes right in front of the house, allowing you to start your tours directly from the courtyard. The nearest bus stop is a 500m walk away, but I reluctantly advise against relying on public transport given the infrequent service and limited connections. It is essential to have your own means of transport. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 20:00. Check-out time is between 8:00 and 10:00. At check-in you will be asked to pay the city tax, in the amount of €1.50 person/night, excluding children under 14 years old, sick people, disabled people. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Smoking is allowed only outdoors (garden). Thank you. Pets are not allowed.
