Recently furnished studio in Lausanne, fully equipped, in a quiet and residential area only 10 minutes from the center of Lausanne. Charming 25m2 studio built in 2016 and decorated in a modern urabin style, ideally equipped for your greatest comfort:  - A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine - A main room that consists of a bed, a desk and some storage furniture. - A bathroom including a toilet, a shower and a sink From the studio, you have a beautiful view on the center of the "Tribu" complex. The accommodation as well as the equipment or accessories are at your disposal during your stay. Entering the house is simple and efficient, thanks to a keybox that you will find at the entrance of your accommodation. All the required information for your stay will be provided to you by email and can be consulted via our online interface. Our team will not be present on site upon your arrival or during your stay. However, we will be happy to help you with any problems or questions you may have. Do not hesitate to contact us! The studio is located in a quiet and residential area, in Mont-sur-Lausanne.  Supermarkets are 3 minutes away by car (about 12 minutes by foot). Shops or other amenities (bakery, bars, restaurants, fitness) are nearby.  The city of Lausanne is only 15 minutes by car and 25 minutes by public transport.  The accommodation is accessible by car. An outdoor parking space is at your disposal.  It is also possible to access the accommodation by public transport (about 25 minutes from Lausanne station). Sheets and towels are provided by us. The availability of the laundry is included in the cleaning rates.  We remind you that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel.
