The property is a detached single-storey dwelling, built in traditional local stone, decorated in a fresh contemporary style. There is plenty of off-street parking in its private forecourt. The cottage is situated just a stone's throw from a park with play area, bowling green and bike hire. The beach, local shops and golf course are a short walk away. The town centre facilities, including the bus and railway stations, are a 15 minute walk. Equipment for small children is available on request. With thick stone walls the cottage stays cool in summer and warm in winter. The TV is a Smart TV with Netflix but you will need your own account. Guests will have access to the whole property and its grounds. There is a small shed at the back of the cottage which is lockable and is suitable for the storage of bicycles. The property is in a quiet leafy suburb of Weston with a park nearby and the beach just a short walk. Local buses pass by the end of the road and the railway station is a 15-20 minute walk. Taxis are readily available. Weston holds a number of major events during the year including the Air Festival, Stars of Time Comic Con, Beach Race, Food Festival and Carnival.
