The estate is located in the countryside of Leverano, a village of about 14.000 inhabitants, but it is also very near to the center. The first houses start at 500 meters from the estate and the old town of the village is at only 2 km. Its symbol is the beautiful Torre Federiciana (Frederick's tower), the tallest in Salento, that was built in 1220 by the emperor Frederick II. The restaurants of Leverano are well-known in the area and they are very good places to taste local food! In the countryside the vineyards produce an excellent wine, and also the extra virgin oil has a great quality. At 6 miles from the estate there is Porto Cesareo, a place famous for its beaches and the transparent water of the Ionian sea, with wonderful shades of blue. It has a Marine Protected Area and numerous natural preserved areas along the coast. The best choice is to come with an own means of transportation, because the estate is in the countryside and it is not served by public transport. 1 - Bed linen and towels are provided ONLY UPON REQUEST (10 EUR per person per change, also for children). If not, you must bring yours. 2 - Check-in from 3.00 pm, check-out before 10.00 am 3 - Deposit of 200 EUR. It will be refund after check-out if the house hasn't been damaged 4 - Final clining is included in the fee, provided that the house is not let in "uncivil" conditions 5 - The number of people that will live in the house must be decided in advance and it can change only if the host is informed 6 - Pets are not allowed 7 - To smoke into the house is forbidden, but you can smoke outdoor, in the garden
