Choose between a day skiing on the beautiful ski slopes close to our home, or go for a walk in the breathtaking forests. You might also want to visit the famous village Lech, where the Dutch royal family resides in wintertime. If you're looking for the perfect holiday home to surround yourself with friends or family, this is your place to be! Spend quality time in the big dining room, or find some privacy in one of four different bedrooms. Our holiday home is one of the few places in the province of Vorarlberg where up to ten people (!) can stay and still have their own private rooms. The bedroom downstairs even has its own bathroom! Try to claim it before grandpa does ;) The house is yours! There is only one room you may not enter, and this is where we store our cleaning products. We want your children to stay safe, too. As we live in the Netherlands (and due to work can only visit the place three times a year - in summer, autumn, and winter), we won't be there when you arrive. However, we found a great substitute: Hanna. She will visit you on Sunday after you arrived and will be glad to answer any of the questions you might have. You will be staying in a small town with about 800 inhabitants. We've got a supermarket (with fresh cheese and basic groceries), a lovely bakery to buy some fresh Austrian buns or to have breakfast with coffee in the mornings (and some pie/apfelstrudel in the afternoons!), and we're proud to announce that we even have our own pizzeria. All these places can be reached in a 5-minute walk. If you'd like to go shopping, do visit Bludenz (+/- 20 min drive), and if you've got more to spend and would like to see where the Dutch royal family resides in wintertime (you might even see them), go to Lech (+/- 30 min drive). Close to our home, there are very many ski slopes to visit. The closest is about 1 km away and has over 34 km of ski slopes (which is really big!) Our home is close to the bus stop, which will take you to Bludenz and other bigger, surrounding cities. The closest train station is Langen am Arlberg, which is less than 10 km away. As most of our guests arrive by car, please note that (private) free parking on the premise is included. Please keep in mind that housekeeper Hanna will ask you to pay the tourist tax (€ 1,70 per person per day) in cash on Sunday, the day after your arrival. She will come by somewhere between 6 and 7 PM. Apart from that, there's nothing for you to keep in mind, really... Just bring warm clothes in winter, and don't be surprised when you encounter cows roaming around the home!
