Lovely home, steps to the ocean in the trendy West End of Long Beach. Recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs. Private bedroom with flat screen smart TV and movie channels, separate AC controls, double closet, and adjoining full bathroom. Smoker Friendly, bagel breakfast included. 2 Beach Passes available for an $90 cash deposit returned when the passes are back. Return guests get a 10% discount :D 2 beach passes available for an $90 cash deposit, returned when the passes are back :) Coffee, tea, milk and creamers, juices, friut,cakes, bagels and spreads for 2 included as well as umbrella, chairs, blanket, thermal bags,cooler and ice packs for the beach :D I do not have snorkeling gear, lol. Entire first floor as well as access to the front deck on the second floor. Guests are welcome to come early and drop off bags, use the rest of the house and borrow passes before check in as long as an hour window of expected arrival time by text is established. Guests may also leave bags by the door and use the kitchen and the second floor bathroom and deck after check out for the rest of the day :D You are welcome to use the 2nd level deck with ocean views. Coffee, tea, bagels and cream cheese, fruit, snacks provided by host. No smoking in the bedrooms. No need for a car- lovely stores, bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The beach is right here so no need to lug supplies, an umbrella and a towel and you're good to go :D 2.5 miles from LIRR, taxis for about $5 and the bus runs regularly to the west end from Long Beach station. I must say, I'm really loving this whole Airbnb thing! Who knew there were this many wonderful people, from so many lovely places near and far, who love the ocean and Long Beach and life as much as I do?
