It has a relaxing beach holiday vibe but lacks the big crowds. It is a perfect spot for kids of all ages and is also very dog friendly. The house includes waterfront views of Bellambi Lagoon Nature Park which is habitat to more than 50 bird species so bring your camera and binoculars! There is a walking path/cycleway directly accessible from the back gate. To the south, a 10-minute walk along Bellambi Lagoon will take you to Bellambi Lagoon Nature Park and Corrimal beach, where there is a playground for kids and a dog friendly beach (it's also popular with surfers). If you continue walking down the walking path/cycleway around Corrimal Beach tourist park you reach Towradgi beach and Towradgi Rock Pool which is a popular spot with views all the way down the coast. To the north of the house, a 15-minute walk along Bellambi Lagoon will take you to the Bellambi boat ramp, Bellambi Beach and Bellambi Rock Pool, which is another popular spot with locals. You also get terrific views up the coast towards Bulli Beach. Grab a coffee at our favorite joint Frank n Beans. They are located at 1/15 Murray Rd, East Corrimal. To reach the property and to enjoy the nearby area you will need a car. Within walking distance, you can find the lagoon and beach. House: While our home is private its part of a duplex. This means our neighbours share walls with you and we ask you to be respectful of this fact. Pool: The use of the pool is on guests own risk and we advise that children need to be supervised at all times. The pool is for the exclusive use of our house it is not shared with the other duplex and neither is the backyard. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of remaining funds or deposit. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies.
