This spacious area for AirBnB guests (approx 3,000 sq feet) consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a formal living room and dining room, a TV-room, and kitchen (eat-in) with family area opening onto a deck. Dramatic river and Wantastiquet Mountain views (foliage or greenery). Ten minute walk to town. A beautiful deck overlooks the Connecticut River and is the perfect place to sip aperitifs while watching boats go by. Large front and back yard. Within a five-minute walk is the picturesque town of Brattleboro filled with antique shops, art galleries, book and clothing stores, and restaurants. Also nearby are amazing hiking trails (summer) and ski trails (winter). The area for Air BnB guests is on the first floor with its own lockable door off a common foyer. The second floor is reserved for the owner’s intermittent use. We built our dream home and we look forward to sharing it with those who are also looking for a piece of heaven on earth. Guests can access the whole house, except for the second floor which is reserved exclusively for the owner's intermittent use. Quiet residential neighborhood. Brattleboro's Main Street is a short ten-minute walk away. Downtown Brattleboro is a ten-minute walk away. 5 min drive to the closest shopping center or the Brattleboro co-op with tons of choices from local organic farms. As far as pets are concerned, we welcome dogs only and absolutely no cats (Issues with allergies). We also have an additional Pack 'n Play.
