Luxury seafront 2-storey stone house with panoramic 240-degree sea view. A beautiful 2-storey house on a hill, a few meters from the sandy beach. The residence is located on an area of 6 acres and is surrounded by the sea. On the outside, the house is built with lime stone - in complete harmony with its natural environment. on the inside, the ground floor includes a bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor, there is a king-size bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a veranda with a fantastic view in front of the old lighthouse. There is access to a private beach in the north and to the west at 50m, there is access to an organized sandy beach. At 250m there is a second organized beach. Visitors have access to all spaces within the house and to the free space outside. Will be available upon request. Just in front of the house the visitor will find the old lighthouse - a nice place for fishing. Approximately 500m to the South, there is a beautiful cave known as the seal's cave. Apart from the 3 beaches situated next to the house, there are famous beaches accessible by less than 30min drive, like Havouli and Keros. Keros is famous for hosting activities like wind surfing and kite surfing.
