Family Space in Lower Level at Stumptown Manor

Our FAMILY space consists of a *Spacious great room with 2 Queen Beds, Cozy Couch, Easy Chair, Large Table, * Kitcheny area with Small Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster *A small bathroom with Shower *Private Bedroom with Queen bed. This whole space is like an apt. Sleeps 6. Cozy space, Separate from other guests! Great space for families or two couples traveling together, room to claim as your own ...FOR FAMILY TIME as needed. Also available in warmer weather is a large yard and picnic tables to bring home take out food. Walks around the neighborhood, close to local attractions, enjoy the sights and sounds of Amish country, USA. The basement is almost like a complete house of its own, accessible through our front door, and then to Family Space. Must be able to do steps! I hear people say that it is larger than our pictures and descriptions show, except for the small bathroom. If you are traveling as a group and need another bathroom, we have one located on main floor... ask if and when it may be possible to use?! WE LIVE HERE, welcome you in, make sure you know how to get in and out of the house on your own. We let you know a little about the neighborhood and house culture, then you are free to come and go with keys and door access in hand. Towels and Bedding are provided and ready for you! Our neighborhood is quiet and welcoming! We take walks here and say Hi to each other. Stumptown Road is a country road, also HOST to bike riders, joggers, cars, trucks, scooters, runners, work trucks, horse and buggies, and horse farming, not all at once of course! Public transportations happens as close to us as Rt 340, about a mile away. Also recently started UBER services in our County. Train Station is located in Lancaster City, about 15 minute drive time. Pick up can be arranged. We have lots of parking, our property isn't small, about 2.9 acres with plenty of space to roam around and nice walking area in neighborhood. East Lampeter Park is about 1.5 miles drive time with walking trails and play areas. We are close to many attractions with Amish Country themes and also things like balloon rides, scooter rides and bike rentals. Nice Farmers Markets Close to a 50s Diner called DJs Close to Sheetz, gas station, car wash, laundry mat No smoking inside our four walls, but you are welcome to step outside to curb that anxiety away from other guests, if you can prevent the smell from following you back indoors. We can arrange for late arrival as needed *We supply a few breakfast items and coffee
