Upper Bucks Apartment

So much to see and do in this area you'll need to keep coming back! We are walking distance to Free Will Brewing Co., restaurants, parks and tree lined trails. Pearl S. Buck House and the Lake house Inn: 5 miles. Sellersville Theater & BCCC: 1 mile. Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. Close to wineries, breweries, boating, biking, theatre & kids activities. The apartment is about 500 Sq ft and is attached to our home. Entrance is located in the back of the house off the patio. Please visit the "check in instructions" for details on how to enter once you book. You'll have your own full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom is in the bedroom where there is a large shower stall (no tub) and stackable washer/dryer unit. Sleeping Arrangements: 1. Sleep Number Queen size bed in bedroom. (Dual Sides - remote in bedroom to adjust firmness to either side of the bed) 2. Full size sofa bed in living room. (No air mattress available but you are welcome to bring one. You'll need to bring your own bedding for any air mattresses) Storage: 1. Bedroom: Closet with hangers, 6 drawer dresser and 1 drawer nightstand 2. Bathroom: Tall cabinet and 2 drawers under sink. Large medicine cabinet 3. Kitchen: Ample pantry/closet space and many kitchen cabinets 4. Living Room: TV Stand, Coffee Table Kitchen: Equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, mugs, wine glasses/cork screw, drip coffee maker, full refrigerator, oven, microwave, crockpot and toaster. We also have coffee, tea, sugar/creamer, salt/pepper and cooking spray. (If anything is missing that you think would be useful, please let us know so we can add that to the kitchen!) Bathroom: Walk in shower with handicap seat (in cabinet) and grab bars. Washer and dryer located in the bathroom. *We only supply 2 laundry detergent tabs, 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloth per stay. In the cabinet above the sink you will find Shampoo/Conditioner, soap and other toiletries. One extra roll of toilet paper is supplied, but if more is needed during your stay, just ask! Temperature: Window unit in the bedroom is the only A/C in the apartment. Three ceiling fans; living room, kitchen and bedroom. Baseboard heat in bedroom and a portable unit in the living room. Portable fans available upon request. In the spring and fall, there is a nice cross breeze if you want to open the windows. Cleaning: Unit is professionally cleaned after every stay, but there are cleaning supplies and a vacuum in the unit for guest who wish to clean up during their stay or to lightly clean before checking out. TV / Internet: We do not have cable TV and it is not a "smart TV" , but there is a ROKU in the living room which is the only TV in the unit (NO TV in the bedroom). We also have an old fashion DVD player and some DVD's to choose from in the living room. The internet (Verizon) works well. Guest will have access to Sling TV and Netflix Outside: Guest are welcome to use the patio, fireplace or hammock. (Firewood available upon request) There is a keypad on the door for guests to enter the apartment which is accessed from the back of the house. ONLY ONE Parking Space is Available to guest and it is in front of the left window in the driveway. If you have 2 vehicles please let us know a few days in advance of your stay so we can work out arrangements. Guest will have access to the back yard, large patio, seating and fire pit. WiFi password, entry code and our cell numbers will be given once you are booked. We prefer to give guest their space. Sometimes we are very busy and will not be around much and other times we are more available for guest interactions. You can always call or text us if you have any problems or concerns. We want your stay to be most pleasant. We live in a quaint neighborhood with many parks, lakes and walking trails just blocks from our house. Since we live in the borough, we are very close to the town square, public pool and library. Menlo park has a unique water park with a lazy river, slides and rock wall. The park has a large play ground and live music and events throughout the summer. It is also home to the Perkasie Carousel operated by the Historical Society (selected hours of operation). We walking distance to restaurants and Free Will Brewing Co. and less than 2 miles from Sellersville Theatre and the Washington House. Restaurants and grocery store are within 1 - 2 miles, but you may prefer a car (or Uber/Lyft) to get you to other areas. We are only 2 hours or less from cities, mountains or beaches. *GUEST STAYING 5 DAYS OR LONGER: Guest that are booked for longer than 5 nights are responsible for replenishing their own consumables such as Toilet Paper, Hand/Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Laundry detergent and trash liners.
