Located on the popular sandy beach of Trou Aux biches, our beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment is your perfect beach hideaway. Close to the numerous tourist attractions of Grand Bay Area and the capital, Port-Louis, it is the ideal location to enjoy all that Mauritius has to offer to its visitors. You will be able to enjoy free access to the breathtaking 22m private lap pool and deck and and enjoy our beautiful sunsets. Moreover, you'll have a direct access to an incredible white sandy beach. Additional rules This complex is owned by private individuals. It is not a hotel. There are rules and regulations applicable to the complex. (see rules and regulations of the complex below) Guests duties, rights and obligations: •Refrain from causing any noise or nuisance that in anyway disturb the quiet and peaceful occupation enjoyed by the neighbors of the premises. •The complex has a strict no-noise policy after 22:00hrs including all shared areas including the garden and pool area specifically, where applicable. •Not sub-let the whole or any part of the premises to any third party save with the express permission of the complex manager. •Not make any alterations or additions to the premises. •Not do or omit to do anything, which could damage the premises or render any insurance policy in respect of the premises void or voidable. •Allow the to the owner or his representative, at all reasonable times, permission to enter the premises to inspect same in order to view the condition and repair thereof. •No ball games or football in the parking or garden. •Keep and maintain the interior of the premises in good order and condition. •Make good any damage caused to the premises, including agreeing to pay for breakages of glasses and any excessive cleaning or loss of keys. • Notify immediately to the owner or his representative after your check-in of any defects in the premises, failing which the guest shall be deemed to have acknowledged that the premises was received in good order and condition. • Not cede and/or delegate any of his rights and/or obligations under this agreement. • Not keep any animals or pets on the premises. • Not make duplicates of any the keys in respect of the premises, and shall at the end of the rental, forthwith deliver all keys (including any duplicates thereof) to the owner or his representative •On the termination of this rental, to return and deliver to the owner or his representative, the premises in good order and condition (fair wear and tear excepted). •Bear the cost of any additional services requested by the guest during his stay. •Not use the property for any purpose other than standard rental accommodation. Any alternative usage (such as venue for an event or as a film location or for a wedding or for a reception) will not be tolerated. •If guest wishes to extend the occupation period and subject to the premises being available, this can be arranged with the owner for an agreed additional rental. Such additional shall also be required to be paid in advance to be entertained. And is subject to availability. •Use the specific parking bays allocated (one parking) and park any additional cars on the visitors paroling area. •Inform the owner of the arrival of any additional day guests and assume full responsibility . •Not move any BBQ or other equipment from one to the next. •Not hang towels or clothing on balconies or balustrades in view of other guests. Guests have the entire apartment at their sole disposal. They ave a free allocated parking and have access to the common pool. I live on the western side of the island. We have a dedicated team looking after our guests, and wherever possible, I will be very happy to interact with my guests. In any case, we are available for any interventions or to answer your questions. There are many small shops, car rental agents, ATM, money changer, and restaurants within the area. The closest supermarket for groceries are: Chez PoPo- Route cotière, B38, Trou-aux-Biches (walking distance - less than 4 minutes) Super U- La Salette Road, B11, Grand Baie ( by car about 10 minutes) La Croisette- B45 Twenty-Foot Rd, Grand Baie ( by car about 10 minutes) Public transportation, taxis and car rental facilities are easily accessible from the complex. House manual •A daily paid housekeeping service is provided to guests in order to ensure that the the standard of service is being kept and the apartment is maintained properly. This service is unavailable on weekends and bank holidays and is payable up to €10/per day. To be finalised upon booking, for special requests. • Guests should switch off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment. It is unacceptable to use the air conditioners while windows are opened. The A/C is monitored remotely and in case of abuse, we will switch it off. Ignoring this rule will result in a €100 fee being withheld from the security damage deposit upon checkout. A refundable security deposit of €350 or equivalent in other currency will be required upon checkin and payable in cash only.
