A modern one bedroom home. Very spacious, private and spotlessly clean. Owner lives 1.4 km away and is happy to assist guests however he can. The property is opposite Miyazu Garden, close to town, has lovely park and sea views and is right on the Nelson bike/walking trail. WiFi, smart TV, espresso machine, air fryer, blue tooth speaker, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, walk in wardrobe, modern appliances throughout. Most suitable for a couple, though there is a foldaway king single bed and bedding if required. Owner available to help if requested to do so. House has lockbox. 5 minute drive to Nelson central, 20 minute walk. Easy walking distance to local Sprig & Fern pub, cafe, dairy, takeaways. Bus passes door, happy to advise guests on good spots to visit.
