The place comes with a private entrance, loads of room, a breakfast sittiing area, wifi, washer and dryer, cooking appliances and utensils upon request. Our comfy space is located less than 20 minutes from the airport in a quiet neighborhood. Completely private with the exception of a shared bathroom on the main level. Welcome! Our space is a modern open space with lots of room, privacy and two accommodating hosts ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Ample blankets, towels, wash cloths, dishes and utensils are available during your stay. A large fridge is yours to use, as well as two eatery sitting areas and two very comfy leather couches for you to enjoy. A double door private entrance leading to the backyard is yours exclusively during your stay, so you can come and go as you please. Located conveniently 16 minutes from the airport and 20-25 minutes from Atlanta, our space is perfect for you to commute to all the cities hot spots. There is plenty to do outside of the city right in our neck of the woods: local skating rink, movie theater, bubble tea spot, TGIF, Atlanta Bread, Joe's crab shack, 3 dollar cafe and more to enjoy. Walmart, CVS and Southlake mall are also located less than 10 minutes away. The Art hung in your space is available for purchase if you are interested in any of the pieces you see here. If any of the Art is damaged, the guest will be responsible for the damages. Washer and dryer are available for use if needed. We can be reached by text if you have any questions or concerns. Most days we work from home on the main level so if you see us feel free to ask us for anything you may need. The neighborhood is less than 10 minutes away from a strip with Barnes and Noble, local movie theater and a variety of restaurants to choose from. We are 16 minutes from the airport and about 20-25 minutes from Atlanta. Public transit is accessible but we'd urge you to only use it traveling locally as it takes a while to get to Atlanta by bus from our neighborhood. There is a dog and the property. He is brown, fluffy and friendly but he can be shy when meeting new people. If you are afraid of dogs we can limit your interaction with him to 0 so you can be 100% comfortable on our property.
