Beautiful new apartment, surrounded by pine forest and beach front. 5 swimming pools on site along with restaurant and well stocked shop. Akbuk is a couple of miles away where there is a good selection of reasonably priced, lovely restaurants. There is a free shuttle service into Akbuk three times a day and local buses every hour. The beach is sandy (except when swimming where it is stoney) and, being that Akbuk is a bay, there is very little if any tide so hardly any waves. Relaxing and quite location away from the crowds. I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines All of apartment except one cupboard in kitchen and storage area under beds. All of grounds and beach area Let's Group in Akbuk manage this property for me and will be on hand over the phone or by popping into their office. They can offer a meet and greet service and/or a shopping service so that there are some essentials in the apartment for you when you arrive. Please ask for more info. A couple of miles from Akbuk. About 20 minute drive from Didim and Altinkum A bus goes once an hour from outside the complex and there is also a free shuttle bus into Akbuk three times a day and Didim at least once a week. This apartment is on the second floor. There is no lift so not suitable for anyone who can not manage two flights of stairs. Wifi is available by liaising with lets group at 50tl.
