Cozy GARDEN, outdoor table with chairs, beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a mezzanine (1 double bed, 2 single beds). An equipped kitchen, TV, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE OVEN and a courtyard area on the back with an EXTERNAL KITCHEN. Private outdoor parking adjacent to the house entrance. The outdoor shower is very comfortable for returning from the beach. The Village is made up of villas and holiday homes near the splendid beaches of the North East of Sardinia (Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, Tavolara. Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the crystal clear sea. Guests will have access to the house and garden respecting the quiet of the place and the village.
