You have the entire space to yourself with no hidden cleaning fee! Fully self-contained apartment attached to the main house with completely private entrance. Breakfast supplies included and late-night chocolate cravings catered for! Everything you need for a magical holiday. Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities provided to ensure you don’t need to shop - soap, cling film, paper towel, tea/coffee, spices, spreads etc. Should you need anything else please ask otherwise the local IGA is a 4 minute walk. Manly is a popular spot for beach weddings. If we are around we are happy to drop you at the yacht club RQYC or the local park (a popular venue for ceremonies). Why stay in a hotel for three times the price when you can have fresh linen and towels, a free breakfast and salt air at a fraction of the cost. Stroll 2 minutes to the famous Jan Power markets, visit our local oyster bar or enjoy walking along the coastline. Leave the car and walk to everything. 1 street back from the water, perfect for those needing access to the bay or marina. Borrow our deck chairs and take your bottle of wine down the road to watch the sun set over the water. Enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes. 30 minutes drive to the city or catch the train from the top of the hill. Local bus is virtually at your doorstep. We welcome you to share our little piece of heaven. You have the entire apartment to yourself. It is attached to our main house but you have private, external access. Full kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom (queen bed) and lounge with FOXTEL. Comfy bed, brand new blinds. All amenities - hairdryer, basic toiletries and kitchen supplies. A quiet neighborhood street, parking is available in front of the house. Keys are located in a lockbox allowing you easy access for check in whenever suits you. We live in the main house should you need us otherwise we may not see you during your entire stay - that’s how private it is! We will check in via email, however, to ensure everything is running smoothly. We are happy to help with lifts to venues, travel advice or recommending favorite spots in Manly. We will leave basic breakfast supplies and milk in the fridge ready for your arrival. Best restaurants all within walking distance. We love SHUCKS for their fresh oyster deals or TIDE for lunch right on the water. Movies are held in the park frequently along with the famous markets held every weekend. COOPERS 1 minute walk away is a local favorite looking over the bay. Get up early and watch the sunrise from the jetty or join in with Parkrun - either Wynnum or Lota to choose from! We carry our kayaks and paddle boards down from our house to the bay - easily done as we are so close to the water. Nothing like a drink watching the sunset from the park at the end of he street - paradise! Bus at the end of the street or train a bit further away. We walk to the train for work so easily done. The apartment is accessed via a high staircase not suitable for very young children.
