Guesthouse on the sunny side of the Alps

Our place is close to the mountains, beautiful river Kokra that is suitable for swimming in the summer, Krvavec, Kranj. We also have two swimming ponds. It is close to Ljubljana airport (less than 10 minutes by car), Ljubljana (25 km), Bled (20 km), Kamnik-Savinja Alps. You’ll love our place because of its ambience, it is located on an organic permacultural farm, with a lot of outdoors space and biodiversity. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is a wooden house with a farm shop in the ground floor and an apartment in the first floor that we are renting. It is located on an organic farm Ekološka kmetija Pri Šuštarju, with farm animals such as sheep, pigs and chickens, and fields with vegetables. There are also to swimming ponds you can use. Apartment, swimming ponds with a wooden beach, path to the river, lawn in front of the house, vegetable garden. Me or my parents will be available on the property or on the phone and email. The property is situated in a small village Hotemaže, on the way from Kranj to Jezersko. There is a beautiful river Kokra a short walk away from the property, which is suitable for swimming in the summer, but it is still quite cold. It is near the woods and there is amazing view of the Alps, which are just 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus from the village in the direction of Kranj and Jezersko. In Kranj, there are trains and busses to all over Slovenia. There are very good connections by car, you need 30 minutes to Ljubljana, 10 minutes to Kranj, 30 minutes to Bled. The two bedrooms are separated with their own entrance from outside. There are stairs to the apartment but no stairs inside. Additional cost: turist tax, for our municipality 1,6 eur for adults and half price for children. This is not included in the price.
