Rosecroft Great central location! Near University

Rosecroft is a warm secure home situated in a prime position.There is a bus stop close by. Canterbury University is a 10 minute walk,ideal for International, post grad students,visitors,or parents attending graduations. The large indoor fitness and swimming complex Jellie Park is about 5 minutes away. Also a variety of beautiful parks are nearby, affording delightful opportunities for additional walking and other sport. Numerous wonderful cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Your cosy bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and your own private bathroom. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of Rosecroft and share the indoor and outdoor living spaces.I have my own space upstairs which I retreat to often. You can use the kitchen to heat food and beverages and have the use of basic ingredients such as tea coffee sugar etc. I provide a light breakfast of cereal,yogurt and toast. You may heat your own take out foods should you choose,however you may not prepare and cook at my house. It is my wish that you enjoy being at Rosecroft as much as I do, I feel I have created a ambient living area somewhat different from the average New Zealand home.Though my home is a superb place for couples or singles it is not suitable for children or babies to stay. Guests may use the complete downstairs area, upstairs is off limits. Sometimes I may be on the premises,though at certain times I am not.Arrangements re key are discussed before arrival should I not be present at the time.As Rosecroft is situated down a driveway it is best to park in safety on the street to avoid congestion after bringing in luggage on your arrival. Happy to be around if you enjoy company, all depends what length your stay is, and how you choose it to be. My neighbourhood has several good eat out options within a 15 minute walk, Vietnamese. Chinese, Burmese, Italian, Indian plus fish and chip and numerous delightful cafes. It is a relaxing environment at Rosecroft,guests have found it as a pleasant retreat yet so convenient to all the necessary places they need to access. A very warm welcome awaits you! Buses very close by, these take you to and from Airport, to all the major shopping malls, and to the centre city,all within 10 to 15 minutes. The area of Ilam is safe and pleasant to walk in. Christchurch central city is being slowly rebuilt since our devastating earthquakes and is easily accessed by nearby buses.There are many new building endeavours to observed either on walking or special bus tours. Day trips to Akaroa ,Arther's Pass or Hanmer Springs are within the scope of most drivers.
