Huge house & pool, near the beach!!

Massive house with huge pool, close to everything! Walking distance to the stunning Nightcliff foreshore, pier and beach. House fully set up with the finer things- Leather couches, a Weber BBQ, Xbox, book shelf and hundreds of DVD’s. Cook on the Weber and chill in the covered outdoor area with overhead fans and a misting system or relax by the pool listening to the waterfall. Every room has a split system and one or more overhead fans. We’ve put our cleaning in the hands of an experienced Covid-19 cleaning team (previously working for and trained by the NT Gov specifically for Covid-19). We follow all government and Airbnb suggestions to make our space safe. 4 queen bedrooms plus a small kids room with bunk beds. Huge outdoor area surrounded by tropical trees, walking distance to the supermarket and shops. Outdoor dining area with BBQ and misting system and 3x outdoor fans. Huge guide book featuring ideas on things to do, our favourite places to go and how things roll in Darwin. Food trucks run most of the year around the corner on the foreshore- excellent for watching the sunset with some fresh cooked barramundi or a huge steak sandwich. Stroller, high chair and crib provided along with kids swimming essentials- floaties, inflatable toys, even a baby holder. We’ve decorated our house with style- leather couches, designer furniture and just one bed per bedroom- how an Airbnb should be. We employ a part time gardener to ensure this tropical oasis is just that- and the huge pool is kept pristine. Multiple living areas to cater for the large group, and a huge lounge room with 3x couches. If this is your first trip to Darwin- believe us, you need a house with 8 air cons, 12 overhead fans, an outdoor misting system and a full size pool. To those from Darwin- thanks for always choosing to book with us! And- there's no Midges in Nightcliff! Pet friendly- standard deep cleaning fee of $150 extra applies. *Please ensure you adhere to the NT Governments rules on social distancing and COVID restrictions, and no parties or unauthorised guests please. Full property- large house, gardens and pool area. No unauthorised guests without host consent please. No face to face contact, we understand you want to be left alone and that’s exactly what we’ll do. On call 24/7 for questions or maintenance though. Short walk to the beach, 10 minutes to Nightcliff pier and food trucks. 5 minute walk to Woolworths, 2 minute drive . 5 minute walk to Sunday markets, 1 minute drive. 4 minute walk to bowling alley and gym, 1 minute drive. 5 minute drive to the beachfront hotel (most beautiful beach view pub in Darwin!) Homemade information book provided :) Mobility information- House only has 2 steps and a walk in pool (1 initial step in). For your safety and ours we have security cameras capable of recording vision and sound are located at the entrances to the premises (both gates, garage and front door). These are external and outwards facing. No cameras inside or in the backyard.
