Strictly no self-isolation/quarantine. This 1 bedroom villa is separate to the main residence. It comprises a queen bed, bathroom, brand new furniture, reverse cycle air conditioning, plenty of storage, wifi and digital TV. There is no kitchen per se but there is a fridge, microwave and a kettle together with a table for two, cutlery, crockery and complimentary coffee and tea it's all you need for either a short or long stay if you want to save some money not eating out for every meal. Nestled in the garden of this family home this completely private villa can accommodate singles and couples in relative luxury. The generous hotel like room has a queen bed, digital flat screen TV, WIFI, reverse cycle air conditioning, plenty of storage and private, lockable access. The room includes a small fridge, microwave and a kettle together with a table for two, cutlery, crockery and complimentary coffee and tea. Our guests are invited to share our back garden and will have use of the gas BBQ. This is our family home. More often than not we will be home in the evenings and on the weekends. We have 2 young sons aged 3 and 5 that keep us busy and enjoy playing in the backyard. We will often be on hand to assist you during your stay and will invite you to join us for evening meals on occasion. 200 metres from the exciting Victoria Park cafe and restaurant strip there is every flavour you could ask for on your doorstep. You are close to the city, 30 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport. Our favourite restaurants include The Imp for coffee, The Balmoral for a pub lunch and Grill'd for a great burger. Public transport both train and bus are very nearby. Our closest bus stop is just 25 metres from the house. Swan taxis (131330) and Uber are the most common form of private transport. Rental car companies are located 5 minutes form the residence. Our home is very near to a busy shopping centre and is easily accessed by public transport. The centre of Perth is a short 15 minute bus ride away.
