My home is close to Retail, Dining, Gas, Off Sale, Grocery & the Bike Trail. You’ll love my place because it is Clean, Cozy, & Comfortable. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Kitchen, Washer and Dryer are available for an additional fee. Let's talk about it. Spacious and bright bedroom with a queen bed. My lower level is cozy, yet bright and airy. The large windows in the bedrooms provide natural sunlight and fresh air. Guests have a microwave, coffeemaker, and refrigerator available for their use. The fireplace adds great warmth on cold winter nights. The walkout patio door provides access to a great patio with firepit and beautiful landscaping. I have 2 bedrooms listed separately. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. If they prefer the guests may use the main bath on the upper level Guests enter through my front door. Keypad access allows you to come and go without worry of losing the key. Lower level stairs are just a few steps away. Lower level, walkout, family room with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Large patio with fire pit. I am active in community activities, therefore, depending on what is happening in New Ulm, I may or may not be at home. I will always be available when needed. The quiet neighborhood is at the end of our bike trail. you will also have quick access to all of New Ulm's many attractions. Fine dining to fast food. I am sure you will find whatever your appetite is craving. Several places to enjoy our local August Schell's Brewery products or products from our 2 area Wineries. Take a hike to the top of our Herman the German Monument. From there you can get a captivevating view of our 32 beautiful parks. Take notice how our founders laid out our streets and lined them with trees. Check out our new indoor water park and gymnastic center along with a wide variety of recreation and fitness facilites. Don't miss 2 of the state's finest baseball parks in the Johnson and Mueller field's. A block away is our new Amphitheater in beautiful German Park. New Ulm has several several Taxi Companies and Uber service I have added a $5.00 cleaning fee. This allows me to follow Airbnb's 39 page cleaning requirements. If you feel this is excessive, I will refund it to you. Airbnb now collects the New Ulm sales tax which is 7.875% and I pay an additional 3% New Ulm boarding tax.
