“Nine Agaves” 3 bed/2bath family home sleeps 7

You'll be staying in a lived-in family home in the suburb of Dover Gardens. With a full kitchen, dining area and shared backyard, there's plenty of room. The main bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while a second bathroom serves two more bedrooms. Note that at the back of the property (in the separate building) is another Airbnb property, you will be sharing backyard. Please make sure your car is parked on the left side of the house in red brick driveway. Enjoy the brand-new kitchen with smart induction cooktop and linked rangehood, the outdoor sitting area and cosy lounge. Ducted heating and cooling makes this a comfortable place for longer stays. You have your own patio area with bbq next to the outdoor sitting area that is not shared with the guests at the back. Travel cot, high chair and baby bath available upon request. You'll have full access to the house except for one room in the house - we store our belongings in there. Your parking is under the carport on the eastern (left side looking from the street) of the property next to the brush fence on the red brick driveway. Other driveway is used by guests from another Airbnb property which is at the back of the house. You'll be also sharing the backyard with them, however they have their own outdoor and BBQ area. Please note there are security cameras monitoring driveways in the front of the house and the garden at the back as well as in the locked room. We're available via Airbnb messages and are happy to assist you to resolve any issues but we don't live in Adelaide at the moment. Years ago the area was part of a local dairy farm owned by the Vinall family - and you can still find the farmhouse today. The land was divided into residential living. Bit of trivia - the streets were all named after relatives of the owner of original property. The street is fairly quiet; some of the original residents still live there but younger families are moving in. There are bus stops a short walk away, but we do recommend having your own car. There is another Airbnb property at the back of the house, so you are sharing a backyard. Their driveway is on the right side of the house, your driveway is on the left - along the brush fence. To enforce distancing for COVID-19, we have restricted access to certain parts of the garden. We kindly ask that guests stay within their designated areas. We are able to support level 4 entry requirements for SA (full 14-day isolation). Please check your entry requirements prior to travel on the SA Health website, and follow the local restrictions during your stay.
