Le Loft de L'Annicha

Our property "L'Annicha" is located on top of a hill overlooking the countryside in all directions. The Loft (self-contained apartment for 2 people) is located on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. The 64m2 apartment is newly renovated and looks very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Guests have access to a kitchen with all appliances, a wood stove for colder days, a king-size bed and a nice bathroom. You have access to a shaded yard and the lap pool. Welcome to our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day and relax in a serene and authentic setting. L'Annicha is located in a dead-end street on a fantastic 4.5 hectares of rolling countryside spanning the main house, barn house, gardens and lap pool. The estate also has a vegetable garden, grassland and a little oak-tree forest; all accessible during your stay with us. Roam around as much as you like. As we are living on the property and run a BnB, we are available for any information or support you might need. Yet we respect fully your privacy and will not interrupt your holidays, unless it is required. We speak English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. The village of Montpezat de Quercy is protected because of its historical town centre as well as the Collegiale which hosts a medieval flemish tapestry. Other historical and touristic cities like Montauban, Cahors, Albi or Moissac are all 30'-45' away. Sports fanatics will be glad to hear that you can cycle, hike, cart, golf, skydive, kayak, climb and much more all within driving distance. But the most attractive part of our property is the silence and relaxing atmosphere. To fully enjoy the Quercy Blanc it is advised to have your own transportation. Public transport is virtually non-existing. Your parking spot is located right in front of the Loft. We can advise on local hiking routes, the tourist office has maps and good addresses for further activities.
