When entering via the front doorway, there is a short corridor, which incorporates one fire door, before you reach the short flight of stairs to our Apartment. COVID-19 POLICY STATEMENT: We recommend guests use the rear door entrance at this time. We also provide hand sanitiser for guests to use when entering or leaving our Apartment complex and for their general use when they are out and about. Until recently we liked to greet guests and show them around our Apartment. However, due to COVID-19, our new policy is instead to welcome guests outside the Apartment building, at a 2 metre distance, where we provide access to the keys safely. We also provide guests with hand sanitiser at this point. Full welcome details will be sent to guests in advance and are available in the Apartment. We can also be contacted by guests during their stay. Check-in time is normally not before 3 pm, and check out time is normally by 10 am. The agreed time of meeting is arranged with guests a couple of days before their arrival and if required can be adjusted, with notice, on the day.
