Our cabin is located close to the coastal path looking out onto the sea near Trefin. It sleeps two adults either as a twin or superking. It has an en-suite shower room and kitchen. We provide your breakfast ingredients for you to prepare. We are 5 mins walk from the coastal path and access to a pebble beach (Aberfelin). The cabin has an open plan sitting room/ bedroom with a sofa and a superking bed (which can be arranged as a twin). The en-suite shower room has a shower, flushing toilet and sink with towels provided. The separate fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, and sink. There is a washing machine and drier to the rear of the cabin in their own small shed. We have also installed three electric heaters and a woodburner to keep you cosy. Extra wood is available behind the cabin. There is a Smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar in the sitting area. There is a BBQ for you to use (please bring your own charcoal). We ask that you use it away from the cabin structure and clean it after use. We have provided a metal bucket for the ash. We leave your breakfast ingredients for you to prepare your breakfast how and when you would like it. We try and source local ingredients as much as possible. Vegetarian options and other dietary requirements are available on request. Our nearest village is Trefin which is a 10 minute walk away. At Trefin there is a pub for an evening meal or drink (please check they are serving). Other places are nearby for food, for example in Porthgain, famous for its natural harbour and seafood. We are ideal for walking the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park coastpath which can be reached in 5 minutes. We are also on the shuttle and main bus routes if you want to abandon the car! The cabin is Scandinavian /shabby chic design with reclaimed wood furniture mixed with Welsh wool ! Please check out my other listing "Ty Gwyn" for self catering and dog friendly. You will have the whole cabin to yourselves as well as access to an outside seating area and picnic table with sea views. You are welcome to wander in our 16 acres of land ! Our house is next to the cabin so we are available if you require us but we will always respect your privacy. Pembrokeshire is famous for its rocky shores, beaches and scenery. The coastal path is full of wildlife including birds and seals. St Davids (the smallest city in Wales), is a 15 mins drive away and is famous for its cathedral and ruins of a bishops palace. Our nearest pubs are The Ship in Trefin, The Sloop Inn in Porthgain and a great bistro called The Shed in Porthgain. There is a useful Spar shop attached to the garage at the Square and Compass which is 5 mins drive away. There are some fantastic artists based in Pembrokeshire as well as numerous restaurants in Fishguard and St Davids. The cabin has its own parking in our yard which is near the cabin. We are on the bus routes for the Strumble Shuttle and mainline buses from St.Davids to Fishguard. We are also on cycle route number 4. We have two very friendly dogs (springer spaniels )who are not allowed in the cabin. They will be kept out of your way if required. We do not accept dogs from our guests - sorry! Access to the cabin is up our farm track, its perfectly passable but we recommend that you take it slowly!
