You will be dazzled by the unique views onto the Mountain Range, the Church square and your own fruit trees below ! Casa Cecilia - Terrace apartment - Although in the Heart of the Village, very private local flavor accommodation with one of the rare gardens and magnificent spacious terrace with absolutely spectacular views. The property has a big garden with fruit trees and birdlife, direct access to beautiful trails… MEET & GREET: The apartment are ready at 15h00. Meet & greet takes place at the public parking situated behind the TIEDE restaurant which is on the main road at the entrance of the village on your left and side. Casa Cecilia is further down, near the church plaza. Streets are very narrow therefore it is more practical to leave the car at the parking. From there you will be led to the apartment. Clients are requested to advise an approximate time of arrival beforehand, then to send a message or what sup when they reach Orgiva and finally call once arriving at the parking. Orgiva is about 35 minutes from Bubion. Following this request will allowed us to plan the day. VILLAGE&CASA CECILIA Bubion is sitting on a mountain slopes, therefore expect to walk up and down during your stay. Relative physical fitness is needed. L’Alpujarra is Beautiful region for hikers and nature lovers. Do not expect shopping centers and urban facilities. Bubion and neighbouring villages offer a great choices of restaurants, bars, groceries shops, curios shops.. FIESTA: Sometimes in mid-August and for +/- 3 days (date to be advise by the owner close to the time) The village Fiestas are celebrates mostly on the church Plaza. Casa Cecilia being close to the plaza, the music, band, processions, fireworks etc.. Can be loud during night and day time. CASA CECILIA: Casa Cecilia is composed of 2 apartments: Casa Cecilia Terrace and Casa Cecilia Garden Families or bigger groups can book both of the apartments and have the whole house to themselves. The entire house offers then 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Have a drink and tapas at the local bar, a stroll on foot, bicycle or horseback, alfresco suppers at home or at one of the restaurants, meet the locals and their culture at the museum. One day excursions to the beach or to the Alhambra in Granada and the diverse activities of Bubion is a beautiful village in the Alpujarra region situated on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada range. It looks down to the valleys as far as the Mediterranean Sea and when the skies are clear, to the Rif Mountains of Morocco. Bubion is calm, charming, beautiful and has the atmosphere one would have found centuries ago. Peaceful retreat, Mediterranean decor, soulful, tasteful, colourful, timeless beauty, serenity... Casa Cecilia, a recently revamped ancient house is right at the bottom of the village, close to the church square… the best preserved part of Bubion.
