Bright room with double bed

Bedroom with 3 windows and a double bed. Plenty of storage space in closet and empty chest of drawers. Desk with empty drawers for use as well. Room has some storage for me in one of the closet. One indoor outdoor cat who is mostly outside. This room has a double bed and three windows looking out on trees. Walls are newly painted a warm yellow. Honeycomb shades that go both up and down. Saved space in closets for guest use. Sheets and towels are provided. Generally guests wash their linens as needed in the kitchen washer/dryer. I have 1 cat who is indoor/outdoor mostly stays in kitchen. Shared bath and kitchen. Space provided for items both in kitchen and bathroom. My work is in the home on the first floor so I have to ask guests to be very considerate and mindful if I am working while they are home. More information provided when requested. Kitchen, shared bath. Use of living room when I am not working or otherwise using it. Yard and front porch are nice in good weather. I am friendly and like to make sure everything is ok. I am also happy to allow plenty of privacy and quiet. Medical students often have different hours so that is fine with me. Room has a desk for study with nice view of trees. Quiet, friendly with many people who know each other. Good for walking, running, riding bikes. Buses nearby. Sinai Hospital has a shuttle around the campus and it stops across the street, about 2 blocks from my house. Easy walk to light rail that goes downtown. I am happy to share meals occasionally as it works.
