Familyhouse Zeist, 10 mins to Utrecht, 40 to A'dam

Our house is a detached villa from the early 1900's, a 3 mins walk from the city centre and from the woods. Zeist is 10 mins drive to Utrecht, 45 mins to Amsterdam. Bus and train few mins away. It is a real family house with many bedrooms, lots of space, and a very sunny garden. It is light, kind of modern, design, comfortable and, well, we think it is very cosy..... Extra: a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, for an au pair or somebody who is less mobile. You can use all the rooms, the whole house! Our house is on a few mins walk from the centre of Zeist, where there are shops, terraces and places to drink coffee or have breakfast. The woods are 50 meter from our house, where you can endlessly walk or mountainbike. Pancake house, playgrounds, a lake with a beach, all on biking distance from the house. The street is quiet, oneway traffic, children can play football and make pictures of chalk just in front of the door. A busstation a 5 mins walk, the train 10 mins by bike (or with the bus). Utrecht centre 10 mins by car or 21 mins by bus, Amsterdam 45 mins by car or 35 mins by train. You can borrow all our 'real Dutch' bikes of course!
