Newly furnished 85 sqm apartment located on the second floor with lift and parking in front. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, and a table with 4 seats. Relax is guaranteed in the bathroom where you can choose whether to drink a glass of wine or read a good book in the vintage tub or regenerate with the steam whilst sitting in the shower. A corner of the living room is organized with a desk and ergonomic chair while the sofa that converts into a bed and a comfortable armchair allow you to relax in front of the TV. The bedroom is equipped with a TV and overlooks the internal balcony which has a table that can be used in all seasons. The washing machine is placed in the closet together with an ironing board and iron. My family and I love to welcome our guests, give advice to visit our beautiful Canavese and surroundings and are available for any need. The Borgonuovo quarter of Banchette town is a residential area and in the immediate proximity there are a bank, a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, grocery stores and urban transport. Excellent starting point to visit Canavese, the UNESCO Olivetti Industrial City, that is just a stone throw away, or to reach Val Chiusella, just half an hour away or discover the “5 lakes natural park” in the morainic amphitheatre. The cities of Turin and Aosta can be reached in less than an hour using the direct bus (the stop is 50 meters away) or by car (the motorway toll booth is a couple of km away) or by train (the Ivrea railway station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or 5 by car).
