Our rooms are bathed with natural light and situated in great location close to Westfield Shopping Centre and Major Public Transport directly to Sydney CBD, Opera House and Harbour Bridge, Bondi Junction, Domestic and International Airport and Many more. Rooms are filled with abundant of nature lights. House is fitted with modern fittings and furniture. It is also situated in strategic location, walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre, Southpoint Shopping Centre, Major public transport travelling directly to Sydney CBD, Airport, Opera House, Harbour Bridge, UNSW and many more. ***We are currently renovating our garage on the other part of the garden area for a new structure. Apologies for any inconvenience** Kitchen, Laundry, Living Room and outdoor seating area. Only simple cooking is permitted for personal usage and not commercial purpose*. No deep fry, no hours of cooking or any any other complicated cooking. Please respect and clean all the common spaces as the first time you find it. Only use washing machine when it is full load to conserve the water. Please dry your clothes outside when it is sunny to conserve electricity instead of using the dryer machine*. No BBQ is allowed on the outdoor seating. *These facilities are only available under the discretion of the host. Directions, places for sightseeing etc by phone or watsapp. Will endeavour to reply as soon as possible. Quiet residential area in a beautiful suburb with tree-lined street. Close to parks for your afternoon jogging. Within 30 mins jog, you will also be able to reach Maroubra beach. Within walking distance for foods, shopping or major bus stops. ***We are currently renovating our driveway as it was damaged during construction. Apologies for any inconvenience** There are plenty of off-street parking. If you plan to go around with public transport, bus stop is only within walking distance. Please be advised that only rooms are rented and not entire house. It is likely that there are also other guests during your stay. I as a host also live in the same premise. Cleanliness is always maintained to the highest standard. Additional notes: -If booking is for two guests, you will be allocated one room (queen bed or two single beds)*options and which queen rooms are subject to availability. -If booking is for three guests, you will be allocated one room or two rooms (subject to availability) *please ask myself to confirm availability -If booking is for four guests, you will be allocated with two rooms (queen and two singles) -If booking is for five guests, you will be allocated with two or three rooms (subject to availability) *please ask myself to confirm availability -If booking is for six guests, you will be allocated with three rooms (queen, queen and two singles)
