The Narrows Lake House/Phillips Lake-Bangor/Acadia

Two-level home with walkout basement and full upper deck provides stunning views of one of Maine's most sought-after lakes. Relax on the shore next to the firepit, float on the beautiful waters of Phillips Lake or have a toddy on the deck. Hosts live in the area and are available for providing suggestions for area entertaining and dining. Dedham is located approximately 45 minutes from Bar Harbor and 30 from BIA Our lake home is a lovely retreat with two levels of living space, perfect for two families. The main floor has a king bedroom, bunk room with twin over full and a full bath. Kitchen and sitting area with access to deck area are on this level. The lower level has a king room, queen room and sitting area with full bath and laundry. Sliders with walk out to lower patio is located at this level. There is a lawn leading down to the dock and float area, where you will find a small wading area for little ones. Due to the area being in the narrows of the lake, there are rocks off the end of the dock. Boats and watercraft are safe to dock here, but you need to take care. Boat need to be launched at the Lucerne Beach Club, and you may store your trailer on the roadside across from the shed. Kayaks and life preservers are provided as well as a float for diving and swimming. Please to not dive off dock. A propane grill and firepit are also on the property. Phillips Lake in Dedham (also known as Lucerne) is one of the most popular lakes in our area due to the proximity to Bangor/Brewer and Acadia National Park. Our home is on a well-kept dirt camp road with many year-round residents. Very quiet and secluded, but we do have neighbors directly to the left of the home. You will need a vehicle to access this property. We do have Uber and Lyft in the Bangor area and most should come to the lake.
