This custom, mountain eclectic cabin is located in a beautiful gated community with access to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed club house and Altitude Recreation Center. With an amazing 1300 sq. ft. of home and 1300 sq deck with amazing views, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps up to 5 guests. THE CABIN Enjoy this clean, mountain -eclectic designed cabin with geothermal heating and central ac. The home has internet access and tv. Guests have access to altitude recreation center for $50 per day for up to 8 people. That gives you access to a beautiful outdoor Olympic sized pool. Weight room, gym, children’s play room and climbing wall. The rec. center also offers a outdoor hot tub, small movie theatre, indoor basketball and a game room with a pool table and foosball. You can also order delicious food and drinks. It’s fun for the whole family! Our home has 1 king size Casper bed in master bedroom and 1 queen size Casper bed in second bedroom. The living room also has a full size sleeper sofa, linen and pillows for sleeper are located in hallway closet. As a guest you will have access to entire property including garage. The kitchen pantry will be locked with personal belongings and not for guest use, but you should find everything you need in the kitchen. There is a hiking trail on the perimeter of property. We do not live near the property, if you require assistance of any kind you can reach us by phone or Airbnb and if you require hands on assistance we have a property manager in the area. Our home is 55 minutes away from Reno (Reno international airport). Just a short drive north of Truckee-Tahoe. Our home is located within the gates of the Nakoma resort community with access to a Frank lloyd Wright designed club house and restaurant with fine dinning and incredible views. The club house offers full spa services and golf. Early reservations highly recommended. Our home is located in the Lost Sierras in Plumas county. Truckee is 50 minutes away, Lake Tahoe is about an hour away (without traffic). The home is 20 minutes away from the Lakes Basin area offering beautiful hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, fishing etc. This area is known for hundreds of miles of trails and over 30 lakes within a 15 mile radius. Graeagle/Clio are 10 minutes away, it is a perfect area for golfers and family friendly activities including swimming, miniature golf, dinning and shopping. Donner lake is 1 hour away, and is perfect for swimming!
