The cottage itself has a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar. Open plan living area with log burner. Double bedroom and bathroom with bath/shower. Outside patio area with furniture and beautiful views This beautiful region of Somerset offers walking for all abilities along with some great locations to visit including Crooks Peak, Cheddar Gorge, Clevedon Pier. Winscombe village is a short drive or 20-25 minute walk good range of shops including bakery, butcher, Pharmacy, local pubs, Co-op and cafes. Close to Cheddar, Weston super mare and Bristol Winscombe village is a ten minute walk from property Village itself has a local pub which does great food . Also an Indian, Chinese and fish and chip shop . Butchers and bakery . Wine shop , Two cafes . And co operative . Lots of beautiful walks and cycle paths including strawberry line , crooks peak And also woodland behind property has a footpath which you can walk to local activity centre which allows for many activities including use of the dry slope. Cheddar gorge is within walking and cycling distance. Close to cheddar , wells , Glastonbury , Weston super mare and Bristol and Bath. 6 miles from Bristol airport . Due to the swimming pool being outdoor it's seasonal and is NOT open in the winter months. We aim to reopen the swimming pool towards the end of April/ May but it does depend on the weather.
