Beautiful 2 storey home, set in a quiet cul-de-sac, elevated with views situated in the south eastern suburbs of Toowoomba. This family home is occupied by mature lady and from time to time long term housemates). Facilities include, private lounge/dining, up to 3 rooms available. Your home away from home. The rooms are furnished with double bed , dresser and robe . Please note there are 2 resident rag doll Cats, if travelling in spring there may at times be some fur on the furniture. Family hospitality. Friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is not included . The home is fitted with a main bathroom up stairs with a separate W.C . Which is shared by occupants of 3 available rooms . Downstairs is a powder room for convenience by all . Guest towels and laundering of towels are provided for short stay guests . Long stay guests may use supplied towels and bed linen and launder as required with use of laundry included . To all facilities, Full equipped Kitchen and Laundry, TV Room, private Lounge/Dining. Other bedrooms and house office are unavailable for access from guests. As much or as little as the guests would like. Extremely quiet and exclusive surrounds, the locals are mature family orientated home owners. Public bus at the front door on request, Local courtesy bus available to the Golf Club and Cafe,Restaurant, Bar, Taxis service to the area. The home also has house pets which are Ragdoll cats , they are Gisabelle , Piper and our newest addition Django . Ragdoll cat fur is reduced allergenic however please advise of any concerns as they do have there very own day/ night care enclosure which they can stay . And as beautiful as the spring weather is for the furry friends it is the season to lighten their coats and this may mean a few strands of hair on the fur-niture, so please note I cannot be every where at once. And the furry's are also long term guests.
