We love the Aspen Cottage because it is large enough (approx 2500 sq ft) to bring a couple of families and still have space to spread out. Kids can go in room with TV and Adults can hang in the front room and play cards. The home has 3 enclosed bedrooms and a large room - loft style (bedroom #4) that sits between the two bedrooms upstairs. Back yard is completely fenced Weber BBQ grill and Chiminea on back patio and a firebowl in the front if you want to sit out where the action is. One bedroom upstairs has a queen and a twin. One bedroom upstairs has two twins. The 4th bedroom (loft style) has three more twins. Back yard is completely fenced and super private. Can typically be there if needed for emergency. Always available via Air BNB messaging/texts Our house is located w/in Great Lakes Beach Community and you will have access to Lake Huron. Stairs a two minute walk from our front door gets you into the lake (no real beach at end of street). Mostly sandy bottom after a short walk thru some rocks. Two streets down another set of steps with a small beach area (depending on 2021 water levels). Few more blocks down a larger beach area. Located just 3 miles from Downtown Lexington or 15 minutes from the Fort Gratiot area. Great beach near the Harbor in Downtown lexington and a few more nice beach access points about 10 minutes south! Lexington has lots of great shops and some really good restaurants (Village Pub, Sweetwater Cafe, Cadillac House). Fort Gratiot has everything you could ever wish. We love to walk the streets of the area. So many different and unique cottages to see and of course the walk along the lake is amazing! Parking limited to three vehicles. Please no parking on the Brick Paver Patio.
