Bedding is 2 queen 2 singles. Guests have full access to an entire property, including a secure back yard which has chooks. Fresh eggs are available most times. We live next door and can provide local advice on attractions and directions. Quiet tree lined street in Historical part of Central Ballarat There is ample parking on street in front of property. If guests require Off street parking this can be arranged with hosts to share driveway next door.
