A comfortable en-suite king bedroom with own front door access. Situated in the village of Symonds Yat on the beautiful River Wye. Plenty of activities, pubs, restauarnts and cafes within walking distance and easy access to Monmouth (4miles) and Ross-on-Wye (7miles). Hiking, biking and river- and land-sports are in abundance in the locally. Take one of the Country's last remaining hand ferries across to the Symonds Yat Rock - one of Britain's most stunning viewpoints. It's all on the doorstep! Lambs' Cote is a downstairs en-suite bedroom in a converted barn with its own front door and entrance hall. There are basic hotel-type amenities of: kettle, mini-fridge, hair drier, clothes rail and TV. Lambs' Cote is part of a building which can be used as an entire home and so it can be linked to the upstairs via a locked door in the stairwell. Due to this, some noise can be heard in the stairwell if the upstairs is occupied. There is a door from the entrance into the room which separates the bedroom from the hallway. We are situated on a hillside and the drive is steep and narrow but we provide full instructions on parking. Buses to Monmouth and Ross-on-Wye are within walking distance. Between November and March, up to 2 well, behaved, clean dogs are welcome for a fee of £20 per dog per stay. This must be advised at the time of booking, and is subject to approval. This surcharge will be made in the resolution centre after the booking has been made. We have an outside tap and will be happy to provide dog towels and bowls if needed. There is no enclosed break-out area on site for dogs to use we're afraid, so any late comfort walks would have to be down the lane, and as there is livestock on site, it's important dogs are kept on leads.
