It has a 3 piece with shower over bath. The lounge is a cosy open plan with a two seater sofa and dining area for four. There's a laptop friendly workspace: with: ▪️Desk and chair ▪️Headset with mic ▪️Printer and scanner ▪️Multi charger for 5 devices ▪️File box You'll have a kitchen to yourself that comes with most appliances... or home delivery from Asda, Iceland or Farm foods who are all within 5-7 minutes drive. Single bedroom: ▪️ Single wardrobe ▪️Chest of drawers for storage ▪️Space for under-bed storage Following this is a double bedroom: ▪️Travel cot ▪️Second TV ▪️Two single beds ▪️Drawer units for storage ▪️ Children Table and chairs ▪️Activities for children if you're travelling with kids. There are additional two toddler mattresses in the store room if needed. There's a store room with extra supplies for ironing, laundry etc if needed. There are extra towels in the hallway (photos). In the bright blue ottoman next to the sofa, are extra blankets. A high chair, baby gates, bath and potty can be made available on request. Guests have full access to the entire flat. Make yourself comfortable. Help yourself to anything. There's allocated parking and visitors parking outside if you drive I am available by text if you need anything. I can be as helpful or sparse as you need. I am only a few minutes away. There are good transport links close by. Quiet area perfect for those looking for comfort away from home. If you want a change of pace, as well, you could be at knowsley safari, Calderstones park, Crosby beach, Liverpool stadium or Albert docks and more, all within 0-30 minutes by car Despite being close to the motorway and next to a pub, it is surprisingly quiet majority of the time. It's the best of both worlds as you can work, or visit the city and then get some peace and quiet when you want. I like the location as I can get anywhere in Liverpool within 30 minutes in good traffic. Getting around is very easy here, whether by bus, train or car. You'll be in a perfect location for commuting across the North West. A junction to the M57 motorway is just around the corner, which links with the M62 and M58. The A580 East Lancashire Road is just 1 mile from the development and provides a direct route to Manchester and Salford. Kirkby train station is less than a mile away and is served by connections to Liverpool and across Merseyside on the Merseyrail Northern Line, plus regular direct trains to both Manchester and Wigan. There is a bus stop outside the property which offers services into the city and across the region. Local taxi is Alpha taxis and they have an app you can download to organise your journeys. You can also get an Uber to the property from Liverpool city center.
