A modern, but cozy apartment with two bedrooms, one full bathroom with shower and tub, kitchen with everything you need, dining room for four, great living room with electric fireplace, tv and internet, workspace. Access to a great patio & waterfront with own dock. Very spacious modern private waterfront apartment / guesthouse with access to Jebbs's Creek/Otty Lake. We live on the top level of the house, together with our to British Shorthair cats. We offer an own parking spot and if you want you can bring your own canoe or kayak. Due to shallow water, we can not host big boats. If you have questions, please let them know.... we might find the answers. In the apartment you can find lots of tourist info. "Oving Estate"has waterfront views through all our windows,exept one bedroom.....great views! In town we have taxi services and car rentals available. A Greyhound bus stops on Hwy 7, driving to Ottawa/Montreal/Toronto. Smiths Falls (20 km from Perth) offers train rides aswell. We have a parking spot at our property for your car. We are located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. We would love to keep it that way, so please respect it. We are happy to accommodate children aged 12 years and older.
